Customer feedback helps drive areas of improvement

We rely on the participation of our customers to help us identify what is most important to them, so we can continue to provide the best possible solutions according to their needs. 

Among the identified improvements from last year’s feedback, we were able to drive specific focus regarding;  

  • Our journey to a more sustainable future, such as the introduction of our unified controls for radiant heating and cooling – Unisenza - for a comfortable room temperature without wasting energy.
  • Our product ranges, with the introduction of a new electric Rio Plus radiator range and the evolution of our existing Myson Select Compact and LST radiators, to reflect requirements for higher outputs and the need for low temperature systems arising from recent Building Regulations changes in the UK.
  • Our Myson Underfloor Heating offer, with updated specification sheets for all UFH fixing systems.
  • Our communication, through social media channels and regular e-Newsletters to give expert advice and latest news on our brand.
  • Our design studio and team, which has undergone a complete restructure and extensive training, enabling us to provide you with the best possible design and project support with a complete service offering.
  • Future projects currently in progress: a new Myson website, to give you the best customer experience and easy access to information that you are looking for, a new fan convector range, and wider solutions to fit to your own individual needs. 

We highly appreciate the feedback we receive from our customers, and the annual survey results help us to identify areas for improvement and plan accordingly. We want our customers’ experience with Myson to match their expectations so we can continue to provide the best solutions, services and expertise.
